Spencer Dickman

Spencer Dickman serves as Senior Vice President at NFP, an Aon company, since October 2021, and previously held the position of Vice President. Prior to NFP, Spencer worked at Crowley in risk management roles from March 2021 to October 2021. Spencer's extensive experience at CSX from July 2015 to October 2020 included various positions such as Market Manager, Senior Manager of Insurance, Manager of Insurance & Business Risk Management, and Financial Analyst in the same area, as well as a Financial Leadership Development Associate. Spencer earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Public Relations from Florida State University, completing studies in 2015.
