Thomas Henn

Thomas Henn is a seasoned professional in the surety and insurance sectors, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of Surety at NFP since April 2018. Previously, Thomas was a Partner at The Hyde Agency from June 2016 to April 2018, where expertise in surety and insurance placement within the construction industry was honed. Prior to that, Thomas held the position of Senior Vice President at Marsh, focusing on the New Jersey Construction Practice and serving as a National Surety Advisor. With extensive experience in securing surety bond programs ranging from $5 million to over $2 billion, Thomas has successfully implemented insurance programs across various construction sectors. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in History from Marist University and prior studies at King's College.
