Paulius Insoda

Paulius Insoda is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in leadership and project management. Since 2003, Paulius has served as CEO of NFQ Technologies, overseeing the company's growth and commitment to sustainability and innovation, previously holding the position of Head of Projects Department where significant achievements included expanding the department from a small team to over 70 employees and successfully delivering more than 200 software development projects internationally. Additionally, Paulius led valantic LT in Lithuania from December 2021 to May 2024, contributing to the establishment of the company as a key player in digital solutions. Early career experiences include roles as an IS analyst and developer at Interlogics Inc., focusing on full-stack development and data analysis. Paulius holds an Executive MBA from ISM University of Management and Economics and a degree from Kaunas University of Technology.
