Ruta Januleviciene

Ruta Januleviciene is the Head of Business Unit at NFQ since March 2016, overseeing a cross-functional delivery unit with over 50 software engineers and associated personnel. Key responsibilities include developing business and technology strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution, managing financial performance, and overseeing project portfolios. Prior roles at NFQ include Senior Project Manager Team Lead and Project Manager, where experience was gained in team development and process improvement. Previously, Ruta worked as a Finance Project Manager and Financial Analyst at JSC "Senuku prekybos centras," managing finance projects and producing financial reports. Ruta holds a Master's degree in Finance Management from Kaunas University of Technology.
