Rachel Trudell

Rachel Trudell has over 15 years of experience in various roles focused on customer service, sales support, and management. Currently serving as Vendor Resource Manager at nfrastructure since December 2019, Rachel provides personnel and operational support to field technology teams and acts as a liaison for client relations. Previous positions include roles at Modern Bean Bag Mfg. Co. Inc. as a Sales Associate/Inside Sales Consultant, and at MCPc, where Rachel held positions from Sales Support Supervisor to Client Services - Sales Support Representative. Earlier experience includes customer service management at The Lubrizol Corporation and Codonics, where Rachel led teams and managed sales support functions. Rachel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership/Psychology from Baldwin Wallace University and an Associate of Arts in Marketing from Cuyahoga Community College.
