Laura Raccanello has a solid work experience spanning over several years. Laura currently serves as the COO at NFS Restaurant Technology since February 2022. Prior to this role, Laura worked at NFS Technology Group from July 1999 to February 2022, where they held the position of Head of Epos and Leisure. Before that, they were a Product Manager at Ankerdata (South Africa) from July 1997 to June 1999. Laura also has experience as a General Manager at Hatfield Hotel (South Africa) from July 1995 to July 1997.
Laura Raccanello obtained a Hospitality Management Degree from Wits Tech in 1987-1989 and a Business Management degree from Wits Technikon in 1988-1990. In 2022, they completed the Extreme Ownership Foundation Course provided by Echelon Front.
