Gary Pearson is currently the Lead Data Domain Manager at NFU Mutual, a position they have held since 2024. Prior to this, they served in various roles at NFU Mutual, including Data Consultant, Pricing Design and Deployment Manager, and Pricing Data Manager, from 2016 to 2020. Gary also worked as the Head of Pricing at Q Underwriting in 2023, and held the position of Senior MI Analyst at QBE European Operations from 2014 to 2016. Earlier in their career, they gained experience as a GIS Administrator and Senior Analyst at South Staffs Water from 2002 to 2009, as well as a Field Service Technician at Haven Systems in 2002. Gary is currently pursuing HNC Information Technology at Staffordshire University.
