Jo Lumani McIpr

Jo Lumani MCIPR has extensive work experience in the field of communications and reputation. They most recently served as the Head of Communications and Reputation at NFU Mutual since April 2022. Prior to this role, they held positions such as Head of Reputation at NFU Mutual from November 2018 to April 2022, and Head of Corporate Communications (interim) at NFU Mutual from January 2017 to November 2018.

Before joining NFU Mutual, Jo Lumani worked as the Managing Director at Flame Red Communications Ltd starting in July 2016. They also worked as the Interim Senior Communications Manager - Special Projects at Birmingham Children's Hospital NHS Foundation Trust from August 2016 to January 2017.

Prior to these roles, Jo Lumani held various positions in communications and PR, including PR and Communications Manager at North Warwickshire and Hinckley College, South Leicestershire College, and Midland Academies Trust from October 2015 to July 2016, Senior Communications Manager at Coventry University from June 2014 to October 2015, and Communications Manager at Coventry University Group - Acua Solutions Ltd from March 2013 to June 2014.

They also worked as a Lecturer - Sports PR at Staffordshire University from September 2010 to September 2013, Director of Communications and Marketing at Black Country Living Museum from January 2013 to April 2013, Head of PR - Visitor Economy at Marketing Birmingham from October 2011 to March 2013, and Head of Communications at Birmingham Science City (Marketing Birmingham) from January 2009 to October 2011.

Jo Lumani MCIPR received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism Studies from Falmouth University. Jo completed their undergraduate education from 1995 to 1998.
