Louise Darnell

Louise Darnell is an experienced internal communications professional with a robust background in leading communication strategies across various organizations. Currently serving as an Internal Communications Business Partner and Internal Communications Manager at NFU Mutual since October 2009, Louise oversees a team of seven experts to develop and implement tailored communication plans for specific business divisions. Prior experience includes roles at TNT Express and Bank of Ireland Group, where responsibilities included managing key projects and internal communications. Louise began her career at NEC Group, contributing to internal communications for over a decade. Louise holds a BA (Hons) in Performance Arts & Media Studies from the University of Plymouth.
