Norma Bell has over 30 years of experience in the field of business analysis and programming. Currently serving as Lead Business Analyst at NFU Mutual since December 1995, Norma has also held positions as MI Team Leader and Business Analyst within the same organization. Prior to NFU Mutual, Norma worked as an Analyst Programmer at Smith & Nephew from 1990 to 1995, where foundational skills in programming and analysis were developed.
