Sean Gardner

Sean Gardner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the agribusiness sector. Currently serving as a Partner at NFU Mutual Agency of Skelton, Clarke, Little, Martin & Gardner since October 2019, Gardner also holds the position of Non Executive Director at Indigro Independent Agronomy. Prior to these roles, Gardner was the Managing Director at Haygrove Ltd from April 2016 to December 2018 and spent eight years at Monsanto Company in various leadership capacities, including Marketing & Product Management Lead EMEA and VP of Global Chemistry. Gardner's tenure also includes serving as General Manager in Canada and leading operations in Spain, alongside significant roles at Unilever in the 1990s. Gardner holds an MA Hons in Modern History from the University of St Andrews.
