Simon Boxall-Southall

Simon Boxall-Southall is an experienced IT Asset Management Analyst at NFU Mutual since October 2017, specializing in data analysis, cataloguing, process review, and service delivery. Previous roles include HR MI Analyst, where Simon focused on data storytelling, benchmarking, and visualisation using PowerBI and Excel, as well as a secondment in L&D Talent Development, which involved pastoral care, coaching, and recruitment. Prior to NFU Mutual, Simon worked at Gloucestershire County Council as a Human Resources Advisor, performing HR and MI analysis, and as a Communications Advisor, managing internal and external engagements. Simon possesses a Bachelor’s degree in International Development Studies from the University of Portsmouth, holds CIPD Level 7 qualifications in Human Resources Management, and has completed additional certifications in TESOL and Equality & Diversity.
