Tina O'Reilly has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Tina recently worked as the Divisional Business Lead (Bridge) - Customer Services at NFU Mutual since December 2019. Tina began their career at Commercial Union as a Management Trainee from October 1990 to October 1992.

Tina O'Reilly completed their education with a BSc (hons) degree in Psychology from the University of Surrey from 1986 to 1990. Tina also attended Solihull Sixth Form College from 1984 to 1986. Tina pursued further education by obtaining a Postgraduate Certificate in Personal and Professional Development from the University of Gloucestershire in 2011. In 2012, they attended the Chartered Insurance Institute to earn the FCII qualification. Tina later completed a Postgraduate Award in Leading Operations and Process Management in the Service Sector from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School from 2012 to 2013. Tina then obtained a Lean Six Sigma Yellow and Green Belt certification from The Training Academy in 2016.
