Nati Danor is currently the Head of People at NFX, where they focus on building teams and enhancing talent acquisition strategies. With a strong background in tech recruiting, Nati has worked with enterprise companies and scaling startups across various industries, providing consultation on candidate experience and employer branding. They are also the founder of Workit, a career development business dedicated to helping individuals improve their personal brands and navigate job markets. In addition to their professional endeavors, Nati serves as a lecturer and mentor at multiple academic institutions, sharing expertise in storytelling, personal branding, and career growth. Nati holds a Bachelor of Laws from The College of Management Academic Studies and completed an honors program in EU Competition Law at the University of Oxford.
