Sarah Schaaf has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Sarah is currently working as a General Partner at Enjoy The Work, where they provide 1-on-1 advisory to startup founders. Previously, they served as the Guild President at NFX and as a Guest Lecturer at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. Sarah also worked as the Vice President of the Payments Division at Paradigm, where they were responsible for revenue generation, GTM strategy, and team growth. Prior to that, they were the CEO and Co-Founder of Headnote, a payments and financial services company. Sarah has also been involved in founding and managing other startups such as Expectantly and Foxy Mama, Inc. Additionally, Sarah gained legal experience as an Attorney at Google and as a Litigation Attorney at Hawkins Parnell Thackston & Young LLP.

Sarah Schaaf attended the University of Arizona from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Magna Cum Laude. Sarah then attended Loyola University Chicago School of Law from 2005 to 2008, earning a Juris Doctorate. In 2006, they briefly studied International and European Union Law at the University of Oxford.
