Ghislaine Kreis has extensive experience in human resources, particularly in the engineering and logistics sectors. Currently serving as Responsable Ressources Humaines at NG CONCEPT since January 2010, Ghislaine manages a team of 120 employees and oversees recruitment, administrative functions, and training plans while providing support for the executive committee on HR matters. Prior to this role, Ghislaine held a similar position at FM Logistic and focused on recruitment and HR administration. Ghislaine's career began at Adecco Group, specializing in recruitment for tertiary and executive positions, and included a recruitment and training role at PSA Peugeot Citroën. Ghislaine holds degrees from Ecole supérieure de commerce and IUT LYON 1 GEA.
