Martine Hertzberg

Martine Hertzberg currently serves as Project Manager for Group People & Organization at NG Nordic since February 2024. Previously associated with Heimstaden from July 2015 to February 2024, Martine held various roles including People and Culture Manager, overseeing initiatives within the international People & Culture team, as well as managing HR functions since becoming the business partner and later the head of the department. Martine's earlier experience includes positions such as Marketing and Communication Manager, HR-administrator, and Project Manager for renovations. Prior to Heimstaden, Martine worked at Thon Hotels as a receptionist and health and safety representative, and held leadership roles in the student union at Campus Kristiania. Martine holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Kristiania University of Applied Sciences.
