Toni Lehtonen

Toni Lehtonen is a sustainability analyst at NG Nordic since August 2025 and concurrently works as a group fitness instructor at Fysioline Fressi Oy. Previously, Toni held various roles at Arla Foods from September 2017 to November 2024, including Head of Sustainability and Business Development, where responsibilities included implementing sustainability strategies in Bangladesh and ensuring compliance with EU sustainability reporting standards. Notable achievements include securing funding for projects and successfully managing sustainability and commercial initiatives. Early career experiences span roles in brand management, supply chain optimization, and project assistance at various organizations, including Holmes Place Deutschland, Oxera Consulting LLP, and the Kennedy Institute of Rheumatology. Toni holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music from the University of Oxford and is pursuing a Master's degree in Sustainability Studies at the University of Helsinki. Additionally, Toni has completed a Chinese Language Program at Tsinghua University and an International Baccalaureate Diploma from the International School of Beijing.
