Alex Wu is a Principal Solutions Architect at ng-voice since December 2023, focusing on customer solutions and leading responses to RFPs and RFIs. Previously, Alex held the position of Senior Solution Architect at ng-voice, where responsibilities included gathering customer requirements and driving the internal product roadmap. Prior to ng-voice, Alex spent nearly a decade at TELUS as Lead Technology and Solution Architect, managing the IMS and services roadmap, budgeting, and leading significant projects in telecommunications. Alex's experience also includes roles at Rogers Communications and Nortel China, encompassing technical leadership, support for voice platforms, and overseeing product introductions. Alex holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics and Information Systems from Nankai University.
