Ralph Addis

Ralph Addis is an accomplished executive with a robust background in operations, governance, and community development. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Operations at Ngaanyatjarra Council - Aboriginal Corporation since April 2024, Ralph previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Lotterywest from January 2022 to December 2023. Ralph's extensive experience includes leadership roles such as Director-General at the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development and Director General at the Department of Regional Development WA. As the founding CEO of Wunan from 1998 to 2011, Ralph played a pivotal role in developing the organization into a significant entity with over $15 million in commercial assets. Ralph holds a Master's Degree in Economics from the University of New England and a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Western Australia.
