Chris Shields

Chris Shields has extensive work experience primarily in talent development and recruitment. Their most recent position was as the Global Head of Talent Development at nGAGE Talent starting in 2023. Prior to that, they held the role of Group Head of Talent Development - EMEA at the same company from 2021 to 2023.

Before joining nGAGE Talent, Chris worked at Hays for over 15 years. Their roles at Hays included Senior Business Manager Learning & Development, Senior Business Manager specializing in social care recruitment, National L&D Business Partner, National Lead for Training, Learning & Development, and Manager. During their time at Hays, Chris was responsible for delivering training programs across various specializations and developing training materials. They also played a key role in induction and development of new training team members.

Chris started their career as a Business Development Manager at The Brand Warehouse in 2005.

Chris Shields attended Walton High School from 1996 to 2003. From 2003 to 2006, they studied Business Sport & Leisure (BA Hons) at Nottingham Trent University.
