Hien Nguyen Ich has extensive work experience in the banking and marketing industries. They are currently serving as the Head of Customer value proposition and Customer experience management - Priority banking at Ngân hàng TMCP Đông Nam Á - SEABANK since 2022. Prior to this role, Hien held positions at BIDV - Ngân hàng TMCP Đầu tư & Phát triển Việt Nam, including Head of Customer Experience - Priority & Private banking and Deputy Head of Marketing. Hien also worked as a Marketing Manager at BIDV from 2009 to 2015. Before joining BIDV, Hien gained experience as a Marketing Specialist at KIT from 2008 to 2009.

Hien Nguyen Ich obtained a Diploma in Business Administration and Management, General from the National Economics University in Vietnam from 2001 to 2005. Additionally, from 2007 to 2008, Hien pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) at Vietnam National University in Hanoi.
