Pamela Crawford

Pam joined Bob Moore Construction Company while a senior at South Grand Prairie High School. When Pam graduated in 1979, Pam became a full-time administrative assistant for the company. After Mike Moore, Pam is Bob Moore Construction's longest-tenured employee.

In 1983, Pam's role shifted to accounting-related responsibilities when the company moved to its new building on North Watson Road in Arlington. In 2014, Pam was promoted to the role of Vice President in charge of Finance arnd Human Resources.

During her tenure, Pam has processed over two billion dollars in transactions. Pam's expertise helps us to maintain good relations with the trade partners and owners. She has been instrumental in developing systems that have kept us at the forefront of the industry for well over 40 years.
