Jake Kassel has a wealth of experience in the professional services and customer experience industries. Jake began their career in 2006 as a Sales Associate at Tradehome Shoes. In 2007, they joined Riddle's Jewelry as an Assistant Manager, where they were responsible for managing and balancing cash receipts and deposits, as well as training and supervising full and part time employees. In 2013, they moved on to Color Star Growers as a Sales Analyst, where they reviewed financial performance and adjusted inventory flow into stores to maximize sales and profits. In 2014, they became a Consultant and Business Analyst at Convergys, where they facilitated customer experience projects to enterprise call center clients and implemented short term, rapid savings projects for major companies. In 2018, they joined Faneuil Inc. as a Senior Analyst, where they led the data and business analytics teams and developed data-driven strategies to improve operational inefficiencies. In 2019, they moved to BryterCX as a Senior Consultant, where they delivered data analysis, reports, and recommendations to enterprise and Fortune 100 clients. In 2020, they became a Customer Success Manager at BlueConic, and in 2022, they joined NGDATA as a Delivery Lead, Professional Services.

Jake Kassel obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Southwest Minnesota State University between 2010 and 2012. In 2017, they obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt from ASQ - World Headquarters in June. Jake also holds a Certified Associate in Project Management from the Project Management Institute.
