Sheau Hooi Lim

Sheau Hooi Lim is an experienced professional in technology transfer, commercialization, and intellectual property management, currently serving as a Senior Manager at The Sand Box in Ngee Ann Polytechnic since April 2021. Prior to this role, Lim held several positions at the Environmental & Water Technology Centre Of Innovation, including Senior Manager (Technology), Manager (Technology), and Research and Development Scientist, from February 2012 to September 2022. Previous experience includes working as a Senior Material Development Engineer at Infineon Technologies from February 2010 to February 2012, and as a Material R&D Engineer at Intel Corporation from May 2002 to December 2005. Lim earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Materials Science from the National University of Singapore in 2010 and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the University of Malaya in 2002.
