Joanne Mackinnon

Joanne MacKinnon has extensive experience in project management and operations, currently serving as Manager of Project Operations at NGen Canada since November 2019. Prior to this, Joanne held the position of Senior Project Coordinator, where responsibilities included managing R&D projects, data analysis using SAP, and overseeing compliance with health and safety standards at Mold-Masters Limited from October 2010 to July 2019. Significant accomplishments during this tenure included improving on-time delivery rates, reducing work-in-progress inventory, and implementing a training SharePoint site. Joanne's earlier roles included positions at Plastmade Industries Limited, Merit-Malta Methode Ltd., Scancraft Studios, and Paul Typesetting Ltd., which contributed to a diverse skill set in purchasing, sales, inventory control, and office management. Academic credentials include an OSSD Diploma in Administrative Secretarial from Sheridan College and Cardinal Leger Secondary School.
