Bernard Tso has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Bernard began their career in 1996 as an Analyst at Andersen Consulting. Bernard then worked at General Electric in various roles, including Information Management Leadership Program Associate. After that, they joined GE Capital Thailand as a System Specialist and later became the Common Platform Program Manager for Asia at GE Consumer Finance. In 2002, they joined GE Capital Korea as a Business Project Manager. Bernard then held the position of IT Service Delivery Leader Asia at GE Consumer Finance before joining GE Capital Thailand again, this time as a Vice President of Information Technology. In 2006, they joined GE Money as the Vice President of Risk Management. Most recently, Bernard served as the Head of Marketing & Business Development and later as the Chief Information Officer at Ngern Tid Lor Company Limited, where they managed all aspects of information technologies with a team of 50.

Bernard Tso pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from The University of Hong Kong from 1993 to 1996.
