Chaiwat Phantuwat has extensive work experience in various industries. Chaiwat started their career as a Network Engineer at Advanced Datanetwork Communications Co. Ltd. in 2005. Later, they worked as a Management Trainee at Crowne Plaza London - Shoreditch. Chaiwat then moved on to Kasikorn Securities PCL, where they served as a Business Process Development Specialist. In 2014, they joined TMB Bank PCL as a Process Development Manager. Chaiwat's career continued to progress, and in 2016, they started working at Ngern Tid Lor as the Team Lead of Quality Management in the Business Intelligence & Quality Management Department. Chaiwat later became LEANNOVATION Leader, overseeing Analytics & Development. Currently, Chaiwat holds the position of Head of Development & CPO Lead Management at Ngern Tid Lor, where they focus on driving Lean Principles, empowering innovation methodology, and managing lead management to drive business success.

Chaiwat Phantuwat holds a Master's Degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Brunel University London, which they obtained from 2009 to 2010. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Information Engineering from King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang, attending from 2001 to 2005. In addition to their formal education, Chaiwat has obtained several certifications, including the CreditLab Advanced Certificate from BankersLab® in February 2023, the Flight Level 3 Design and Flight Levels Systems Architecture certifications from Flight Levels Academy in February 2023, and the Digital Currencies MOOC CERTIFICATION from the University of Nicosia in January 2022. Chaiwat also holds certifications such as the Certified Innovation Leader Program from TRIS Corporation Limited in September 2021, the Design Thinking Program from Stanford Online in July 2021, and the Block Chain and Bit Coin certification from Rangsit University in January 2021. Chaiwat has further obtained certifications such as CreditLab® from BankersLab® in July 2020, the Google Analytics Individual Qualification from Google in May 2020, and The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google Digital Garage in April 2020. In the past, they also achieved the Certified Scrum Master (Singapore) certification from Scrum Alliance and the Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Technology Promotion Association (Thailand-Japan).
