Judy A. McCall

Ms. McCall is a Corporate and Securities Paralegal Specialist and brings over 13 years experience in the private and public natural resource sector. In her role as Corporate Secretary, Ms. McCall has been responsible for supporting the board of directors and executive management in legal and regulatory compliance, corporate governance, board and committee matters, continuous disclosure requirements, corporate and securities transactions, initial public listings, cross-border trading and records management. Ms. McCall has been an active member of the Governance Professionals of Canada since 2015 and concurrently acts as Corporate Secretary for Filo Mining Corp. and Josemaria Resources Inc.
