Syed Shahzad Ahmed possesses over 30 years of experience in the UAE insurance sector, currently serving as Assistant Manager of Life Operations at National General Insurance Co. (PSC) since 2007. Demonstrating strong leadership abilities, multitasking, and organizational skills, Syed specializes in underwriting, claims management, business development, and client relationship management. Significant contributions include facilitating the launch of the Group Life System in collaboration with Sidath Hyder Morshed Associates (Pvt) Ltd. Prior experience includes roles at Alliance Insurance (PSC) and Pakistan General Insurance Co. Ltd., with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting obtained from the University of Karachi in 1984.
