Waheed Sitwat

Waheed Sitwat is a Senior Manager and Head of HR at National General Insurance Co. (PJSC), where they oversee the transformation of HR into a strategic lead and manage HR operations across multiple branches. They previously held the position of Head of Human Resources at Takaful Emarat-Insurance, establishing foundational HR and administration functions. Waheed's extensive experience spans various industries, with expertise in HR innovations, strategic planning, and employee engagement. They earned their Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Karachi and are a Fellow of Life Management Institute (LOMA) from the University of Delaware.
