Clifton M. is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Norwegian Geotechnical Institute, focusing on climate-smart innovations in small-scale farming communities in Uganda and Zambia. Previous experience includes serving as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Norwegian University of Life Sciences, where Clifton worked on seed system development, and a PhD Research Fellow researching food security and agricultural access in Africa. Clifton's earlier roles include research assistant positions at Tongji University and CIAT, as well as a teaching assistant and research fellow at the University of Zimbabwe. Clifton holds a PhD in Development and Resource Economics and multiple master's degrees in Environmental Management and Agricultural Economics.
