Dan Weil

Dan Weil, CPCC has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Dan is currently the Operations Director at The Network for Global Innovation. Prior to that, they co-founded PIQue Coaching and Strategy Group, where they provided talent optimization, positive intelligence, and leadership coaching. Dan also founded DNW Associates, focusing on engagement and connectivity. Additionally, they worked as a Certified Predictive Index Talent Optimization Consultant at The Predictive Index, helping align business and people strategies. Dan has also served as a Mental Fitness Coach at Positive Intelligence. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Marketing Manager at LACI and as a Freelance Automotive Reviewer. Dan started their career as an Associate Creative Director at Full Moon Interactive Group.

Dan Weil, CPCC has a diverse education history. In 2015-2016, they attended The Coaches Training Institute to study Co-Active Coaching. Prior to that, from 1990 to 1993, they pursued Graphic Communications at the University at Buffalo. Before that, from 1988 to 1990, they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Graphic Design from Mohawk Valley Community College. In addition to their formal education, Dan has also obtained certifications such as Talent Optimization Consultant from The Predictive Index in 2021, being an ICF Member Badge from the International Coaching Federation in March 2021, and being a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) from the Co-Active Training Institute in 2017.
