Lauren Clark

Lauren Clark is an experienced professional with a diverse background in change management and operational excellence. Currently serving as Operational Excellence Manager at NGM Group since May 2023, Lauren previously held multiple roles at Unisys from 2011 to 2023, including Head of Change Management and Head of Learning and Development and Change. Lauren's expertise focuses on enhancing customer experiences through process improvements and fostering a customer-centric culture. Additional experience includes managing employee engagement initiatives and providing executive support. Lauren completed a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration at RMIT University and has qualifications from TAFE NSW and Henry Kendall High School.
