Divya Parmar

Divya Parmar is an experienced HR and recruitment professional with a strong background in various aspects of human resources and talent acquisition. Currently serving as an Associate Consultant at NGO Recruitment since October 2021, Divya specializes in the not-for-profit sector and fundraising recruitment. Prior experience includes roles at AT&T from 2005 to 2018, where Divya advanced from Management Trainee to Senior Specialist in International Staffing, demonstrating expertise in end-to-end recruitment, diversity hiring, employee engagement, payroll management, and HR policy review across domestic and international regions. Divya holds an MBA in HR from IBS (ICFAI Business School), Hyderabad, and a foundational education in science from Denobili School, CMRI, Dhanbad.
