Mary Jane Bedegi

Mary Jane (MJ) Bedegi is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in financial management and advisory roles. Currently serving as a Partner and Financial Advisor at Everest Financial Group since January 2000, Mary Jane specializes in consulting and outsourced financial management for emerging companies and private equity firms, handling projects such as due diligence and SEC reporting. In conjunction with this role, Mary Jane has acted as CFO for Nokia Growth Partners since 2007, overseeing finance for a global venture capital firm with $600M under management. Previous experience includes financial advisory roles at OncoMed Pharmaceuticals, VP of Finance at Warpspeed Communications, and Director of Finance at Silicon Graphics. Mary Jane holds an MBA in Finance from the University of California, Berkeley, along with a BS in Accounting from the University of Idaho and additional certifications in non-profit fundraising and social impact measurement.
