Adi Hachmon

Adi Hachmon is a prominent finance and economics professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CFO of nGrid Energy and as a board member for multiple organizations, including Egged Transportation Company Ltd and the Wingate Institute, Adi has a strong background in public administration with over a decade at the Israel Ministry of Finance. Responsibilities included managing significant budgets in transportation, energy, water, and agriculture sectors, leading reforms, and overseeing national infrastructure projects. Key achievements encompass the implementation of the "Gas Framework," enhancements in the electricity regulatory authority, and successful reforms in the water sector. Adi holds advanced degrees in Financial Economics and Cognitive Science and Economy from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and is currently enrolled in the Executive Leadership Program at Harvard Business School.
