Alok Tripathi

Alok Tripathi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive search, consulting, and talent management solutions. Currently serving as a Partner at NGS Global since July 2020, Alok leverages a mid-sized platform to offer high-touch services and accelerated completion cycles to clients. Previously, Alok held senior leadership roles at IBM from February 2015 to July 2020, where significant contributions included expanding the channel partner network and overseeing consulting operations in India and South Asia. Prior consulting roles included positions at Aon Hewitt and Capgemini, where Alok managed large client engagements and contributed to building new business lines. Alok began a career in engineering at Steel Authority of India Limited and holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta and a BS in Computer Science from MMM University of Technology.
