Dr. Natascha Müller

Dr. Natascha Müller has had a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Dr. Natascha currently serves as a Principal at NGS Global, where they specialize in executive search and leadership consulting across public and private sectors, with a focus on Arts & Culture, Science, and philanthropic foundations. In addition, they provide customized leadership solutions in industrial and technology companies, utilizing their research background to offer approaches centered on diversity in business management.

Prior to their current role, Dr. Müller worked as a Senior Consultant at NGS Global, where they supported companies across industries in international executive searches and was responsible for search operations and team growth. Dr. Natascha also held previous positions at NGS Global as a Consultant and as a Research Consultant.

Before joining NGS Global, Dr. Müller pursued a Ph.D. Scholarship at Universität Heidelberg, conducting research on human rights and anti-semitism. Their Doctoral thesis focused on the transnational Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) campaign against Israel.

Earlier in their career, Dr. Müller worked as a Research Fellow at Johann Wolfgang Goethe University and as a Student Assistant at PlanetRetail RNG (now Edge by Ascential). Dr. Natascha also gained experience as a Student Research Assistant at the Max Planck Institute.

Dr. Natascha Müller received their Ph.D. in Social Science from Hochschule für Jüdische Studien Heidelberg in 2019. Prior to that, they completed their Magister Artium in Social Science at Goethe University Frankfurt from 2009 to 2013. Dr. Natascha also pursued Sociology studies at the University of Westminster from 2010 to 2011.
