Louis la Rocca

Louis La Rocca is a seasoned executive search professional with over two decades of experience. Currently serving as a Senior Partner at NGS Global since May 2019, Louis brings valuable industry expertise, cultural knowledge, and a client-focused approach to executive search. Prior to this role, Louis held key positions including Partner and Senior Consultant at NEXT Strategic Search, Partner at Calibre One, and Partner at Nosal Partners. Louis began a career in executive search at CT Partners, where the role of Executive Director was undertaken. Academic qualifications include a Juris Doctor from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of the Pacific.
