Peter van Barneveld

Peter van Barneveld has extensive experience in leadership roles within healthcare and organizational governance. Currently serving as the Voorzitter raad van bestuur at RKZ Beverwijk since January 2021, Peter holds positions as Associate Partner at Career Unlimited and Mediator at Stone Partners, both since July 2019. In addition, Peter is the voorzitter Raad van toezicht at NH and the voorzitter Raad van Toezicht at Stg. Stadsschouwburg en Philharmonie Haarlem, both since December 2017 and May 2017, respectively. Previously, Peter was a member of the Raad van Bestuur at Rode Kruis Ziekenhuis until January 2021 and served as the voorzitter Raad van Bestuur at Spaarne Gasthuis from March 2015 to May 2018. Peter's earlier leadership roles include heading Kennemer Gasthuis and Spaarneziekenhuis as voorzitter Raad van Bestuur from 1985 to 2015. Educationally, Peter holds a Doctor degree in Geneeskunde from the University of Groningen, earned between 1971 and 1979.
