Eric Kratz

Eric Kratz, CPA, CMA, MBA, currently serves as CFO at N.H. Yates & Co., Inc. since August 2015, contributing to the company’s longstanding mission in the HVAC and plumbing industry. Prior to this role, Eric held several key financial positions, including North American Controller at maximatecc and Accounting Manager at GEA Heat Exchangers, where responsibilities spanned financial reporting, team leadership, and operational oversight. Earlier career experiences include managerial roles at Harsco Minerals and Bisys Insurance Services, with a strong track record in financial analysis, reporting, and process improvement. Eric began the professional journey as a Staff Accountant at Bookspan, gaining expertise in financial statements and ERP implementations. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Penn State University and a BA in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Finance from Lycoming College.
