Geeta Tailor has a diverse work experience, starting as a Customer Services Team Leader at Merchants from 1999 to 2001. Geeta then worked at NHBC, where they held various roles such as IT Helpdesk Analyst, Test & Quality Analyst, Business Analyst & PMO Analyst, and Senior Business & Process Analyst. In their most recent position as Principal Test & Quality Analyst, Geeta's responsibilities include leading quality analysis, system integration testing, and collaborating with business personnel for change management. Throughout their career, they have been involved in identifying new strategic opportunities, improving business processes, and gathering requirements for both IT and non-IT projects.
Geeta Tailor obtained a BSc Hons in Biomedical Sciences from De Montfort University from 1996 to 1998. Prior to that, they earned an HND in Applied Biology from Staffordshire University from 1994 to 1996. In addition to their degrees, Geeta has also obtained various certifications in mental health, IT, business analysis, software testing, and help desk management.
