Jenny Scott

Jenny Scott is a seasoned professional in the insurance sector with extensive experience in claims management. Currently serving as Claims Director at NHBC since January 2019, Jenny previously held the position of Head of MultiNational Claims at QBE Insurance from February 2017 to January 2019. Prior to that, Jenny was the Head of UK, European and Acting Head of London Market Property Claims at QBE European Operations from December 2011 to February 2017. Earlier roles include Regional Operations Manager and Claims Handling Centre Manager at Allianz Insurance PLC, as well as Claims Manager at Norwich Union and General Accident/CGNU. Jenny possesses a strong background in both technical and operational aspects of claims, overseeing various processes and managing large teams throughout a diverse career.
