Leanne Griffiths

Leanne Griffiths has extensive experience in quality assurance and management accounting, beginning with a placement as a Management Accountant at NHS Telford and Wrekin from July 2004 to September 2005, where budgeting and forward planning responsibilities were held. Following this, Leanne worked as an Account and Service Handler at Cebrian Trophy & Medal Wholesaler before progressing to a Team Leader role at Autonet Insurance from May 2007 to May 2014. In various roles at Autonet, including Quality Monitoring Assistant Manager, Leanne managed teams and ensured regulatory compliance. Leanne served as Quality Assurance Manager at Atlanta Group from November 2020 to October 2025, overseeing a multi-site team and driving customer experience improvements. Currently, Leanne holds the position of Senior Quality Assurance Manager at NHBC since October 2025. Leanne earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Staffordshire University, achieving a 2:1 grade.
