Lisa Dean

Lisa Dean has over 30 years of work experience, starting in 1991 at Nationwide Building Society, where they worked as an Operational Manager and later as an HR Business Partner. In these roles, they were responsible for managing HR activities, delivering organizational change, and supporting day-to-day HR operations. In 2008, they joined Avon as an HR Business Partner, focusing on supporting Supply Chain and the UK Direct Selling Business. During this time, they gained extensive experience in change management and the development of people and organizational development strategies. Since 2016, Lisa has been working at NHBC as the Head of HR, Business Partners & Operations.
