Tesula Mohindra

Tesula Mohindra joined the NHBC Board in July 2021 as an Independent Non-executive Director. Tesula is a Chartered Accountant and brings over 25 years’ experience in the financial sector. A former Managing Director at JP Morgan and UBS, Tesula specialised in corporate finance for financial institutions and pension fund risk management. She has also worked on the establishment of start-up businesses in the financial institutions sector. Tesula has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Close Brothers Group plc and is a Trustee of Variety, the Children’s Charity. She is a member of NHBC’s Board Risk Committee and Audit Committee.
