René Dethlefsen

René Dethlefsen has extensive work experience in finance and accounting roles. René is currently serving as the Executive Vice President and Group CFO at Nordic Houseware Group A/S since March 2020. Prior to this, they worked at NKT as the Head of Finance Transition, Accounting & Reporting, responsible for reorganizing finance teams and processes between sites. René also held the position of Senior Vice President, Group Finance at Nilfisk, where they oversaw financial reporting, control, and acted as interim Group CFO. René gained significant experience at KPMG as a State Authorised Public Accountant, specializing in IT audit and general audit for various clients. Additionally, they worked as an Auditor at Grant Thornton and RSM Plus earlier in their career.
