Declan Halbert

Declan Halbert is a skilled Backend Developer currently employed at the National Hockey League (NHL) since March 2023. With prior experience as a Software Developer at Mastercard from August 2020 to February 2023, and as a Transition Manager at Cisco from August 2019 to August 2020, Declan has a strong background in software engineering.
