Hugues Descroizette

Hugues Descroizette is an experienced ERP consultant specializing in Oracle solutions, currently serving as a Consultant ERP Oracle at NHOOD since May 2025, focusing on e-invoicing projects and system integration. Prior to this, Hugues worked at Talan from September 2022 to September 2025 as an ERP Finance Consultant. At AUCHAN RETAIL INTERNATIONAL from June 2017 to August 2022, Hugues held the position of Chef de projet Oracle ERP-Cloud Finance, leading a development team of 30 professionals in building a core finance model and implementing Oracle ERP-Cloud solutions across multiple countries, including Luxembourg and Russia. Hugues also has a strong technical background from positions at Capgemini, where responsibilities included project management and Oracle Forms migration, and Sopra Group, where work centered on integrating Oracle E-Business Suite and managing client-specific developments. Hugues began a career as an Analyst Developer at Unis after obtaining engineering degrees from Polytech'Lille and IUT "A" de Lille.
